Our audacious goal is to build the first school on Mars. If we were to build a future school, from 1st Principles, what would that look like?
Our horizon is bigger than any one city. The startups we cultivate now will benefit both future generations on Mars and current generations on Earth. It is not one or the other.
best
adjective

best
/
It is not possible (and we shouldn’t) cultivate every single person in a cohort to be a founder.
We set a high bar and concentrate resources on the 1–5% who show character, craft, and intent to multiply impact. “Best” means well-rounded builders who serve by leading.
young
adjective

We focus on under-30s as this is an underserved community. Our thesis is that younger people are easier to mould and educate (hence produce the greatest Return-on-Learning).
“Young” refers to individuals who are young at heart, first-time founders, and are rising talents.
found·er
noun
/
ˈfoundər
/
The outcome is to build something from zero: a product, service, community, or company that creates lasting change. We believe that every young person should go through the zero-to-one process at least once in their lives.
If we send students to intern in a startup, or go for overseas trips, or attend conferences, it is with the hope that they eventually go ahead and build something; become a founder.

About Reactor

We don't believe in gatekeeping entrepreneurship. Today, Reactor School works alongside 300+ high schools and 70+ universities to co-create and run programmes that actually move the needle.

We’ve helped these institutions design curriculum that turns passive learning into active building. It’s a partnership that’s reached over 25,000+ students across 18 regions, where we’re bridging the gap between the classroom and the ecosystem, one Young Founder at a time.

"The world’s biggest problem is that there are not enough youths solving the world’s biggest problems."

Mission

To become the No. 1 startup school on Earth through helping schools to implement an EntreEd Curriculum, helping students turn their ideas and projects into companies, and designing train-the-teacher masterclasses for educators.

Vision

Be a leading startup ecosystem developer by elevating the levels of entrepreneurial mastery in youth

I want to build on that
We live in a fast-changing, uncertain and ambiguous world, and we must learn to navigate this reality, to solve tomorrow's biggest problems.
That’s precisely why we use startups and the venture creation cycle as our learning vehicle — as it is an inherently uncertain and ambiguous environment.

We believe that not every student will be an entrepreneur, but every student should be entrepreneurial.

What we believe in
#PeopleFirst
Every mission starts with empathy. If we’re not doing this for people and with people, what are we doing it for?
#MoveFast
Learn fast. Iterate faster.
We act on feedback, course-correct early, and prioritise progress over perfection.
#BeBold
Comfort rarely creates change.
We challenge assumptions, encourage experimentation, and back thoughtful risk-taking — in learning and in work.
#HaveFun
Joy is the rocket fuel for curiosity, teamwork, and real progress.
#BeAwesome
Excellence is non-negotiable. We own our work, hold ourselves accountable, and keep raising the bar — together.
